The pieces ship from Tucson, Arizona, USA.

Shipping is done though USPS (United States Postal Service), with tracking information emailed to the customer when shipped.

PRE-MADE product items will be shipped 1-3 business days after the order is placed. 

MADE TO ORDER items will take longer to ship. An email will be sent to the customer when the item is shipped.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If the item is damaged in transit, customers have the option of sending the item back for repair or replacement. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, then the customer will be issued a refund. 

CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER DAMAGES HAVE BEEN DETECTED. 

PLEASE NOTE: CLAIMS MUST BE ADDRESSED IN THE TWO WEEKS FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF THE DAMAGED ITEM.
